Hill Road was a large double extension, kitchen extension and whole house  refurbishment which was split into two phases so the client could continue to live in the property while the work was being carried out.

Although quite challenging, this was achieved without loss of focus to the architect's design or the clients' expectations.

Phase 1: A full refurbishment of existing first floor that included four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a front extension to create new ante-hall and new first floor bathroom, full redecoration of downstairs TV room and hallway.
